How we handle your money

Your money, in writing.

We got banned by Stripe, then PayPal. Reserves we never agreed to. Balances frozen with a form letter. So here is the deal in plain words: when we hold money, when you get paid, when an account can close, and how you get everything out if you leave.

No legalese, no fine print built to trap you. If a line here is vague, that is a bug. Tell us and we will fix it.

Reserves

A reserve is when a processor holds back a slice of your money in case of chargebacks. The trick most of them pull is never telling you how much or when you get it back. Some sit on it for 180 days. We do not play that game.

Most accounts have no reserve at all. We only ask for one when the risk is real, like a brand-new account in a high-chargeback category with no track record yet.

If we ever need one, you see the exact number and the exact release date before you sign. Not after. Not buried in an email later.

A reserve is temporary. As your history proves out, it shrinks or goes away. We tell you what hitting that looks like up front.

Our promise: if we ever hold a reserve, you get the exact percentage and the exact release date in writing, before you agree to anything. A vague answer is your answer, so we will never give you one.

Payouts

You should know when your money lands without having to ask. Payouts run on a set schedule you agreed to when you signed up, and we keep to it.

Payouts go out on the schedule in your account. No surprise pauses, no quiet changes to the timing.

New accounts sometimes have a short initial hold while the first transactions settle. If that applies to you, you see the exact terms before your first sale, not after.

If we ever need to change your payout timing, you hear it from a person first, with the reason, before it happens.

Our promise: you get paid on the schedule you agreed to. If anything about that timing has to change, we tell you why and when, before the change, not in a notification after your money is already late.

When we hold funds

Sometimes money has to be held. We will be honest that it can happen, and just as honest about the short list of reasons it ever would. It is never a mood or a black box.

A clear fraud signal, like a stolen-card pattern or a sudden spike that does not match your normal sales. We hold the affected funds, not your whole balance, while we check.

A chargeback spike that puts the account at real risk. We talk to you about it instead of freezing everything in silence.

A legal order or a court requiring it. When the law makes us, we still tell you it happened and what it covers, as far as we are allowed.

Our promise: if we ever hold funds, you get a reason and a timeframe, from a human, not a frozen dashboard and an unanswered ticket. We never freeze you while you sleep and leave you guessing.

Termination

Let us be straight with you. No one can promise they will never close an account. Anyone who says they will never act on real fraud or a court order is lying to you. The difference is how it happens and whether your money comes with you.

We will not terminate you just for being in a high-risk category. That is the whole reason we exist. Getting dropped by Stripe is not a strike against you here.

If an account ever does have to close, your settled balance is still yours. We pay it out per your terms, minus anything genuinely owed for refunds or chargebacks. We do not keep your money to punish you.

Real fraud, sanctions, or a court order can force a close, fast. Outside of those, you get notice, a reason, and a chance to talk to a person first.

Our promise: no surprise terminations for being who you are. If we ever have to close an account, you get a real reason, your settled balance, and a person on the other end, not a copy-paste rejection at 2am.

Your data is yours

If you ever want to leave, you should walk out the front door with everything: your store, your products, your customer list, and your money records. No hostage-taking. Before you sign anywhere, ask how you get your data OUT. No clean answer is a trap.

Export your full account at any time from Settings. You get a file with your profile, your businesses, and a summary of what is in each, ready to take with you.

Download every order as a CSV that opens in Excel or Google Sheets, one row per line item, with customer, shipping, payment, and totals. Pull your customer records the same way.

Want your product catalog or your full balance and payout history exported too? Ask support and we hand it over. We do not lock your data behind staying with us.

Our promise: your data leaves with you, clean, whenever you want it, even if you are walking out the door to a competitor. Leaving is a few clicks and a download, not a fight.

That is the whole deal.

We built this for the people the big processors treat as a number they can freeze. You are a relationship to us, not a risk score. If anything on this page is ever not true for your account, that is on us to fix, and we will.
