We talk to you before we touch your account.
If something needs attention, you hear from a person first. You get a clear reason and a chance to fix it. We start with a conversation, not a freeze.
No black-box decisions.
We only act on a clear, named policy reason, and we tell you what it is. No vague "risk score." No "after review" with nothing behind it.
Your money is not a hostage.
No 180-day holds invented out of nowhere. Payouts run on a schedule you can see. If we ever need to pause a payout, we tell you why and for how long.
Every fee on one line.
Card processing is 2.9% + $0.25 per transaction. Our platform fee is 5% on the free plan, 0% on every paid plan. That is the whole list. No markups buried in a dashboard.
Your data is yours.
You can export everything, any time. If we ever part ways, you keep access for 30 days to take it all with you. We do not hold your store hostage to keep you.
The honest part.
A promise only means something if it is true. So here is what we will still act on, fast, every time:
- Clear fraud, or activity that is illegal where you operate.
- A security threat to other merchants or to the platform.
- Anything the law or a court forces our hand on.
In those cases we may have to move before we can talk. Everywhere else, you get notice and a chance to fix it first. And the honest truth: we are early. Built by a founder who got burned, not a committee. That means you get a real person who answers, and a platform still rough in places. We would rather tell you that than pretend.
